The traditional cleaning and transportation of construction waste scheme is completed by muck trucks.Transportation by muck trucks has some disadvantages such as difficult to organize the site of the project’s soil intake point, easy to cause safety accidents because of long transportation line and complicated traffic on the way, serious enviroment damage due to the dust generated during transportation, long transshipment time, high cost, difficult management, and high maintenance cost of the vehicle in the later period.

OCEAN Pump designed the overall solution for slurry pump cleaning and transportation. The high-pressure water impact breaks up the mud or sand to form slurry, which is pumped by multi-stage sand pumps in series, then the long-distance transportation of slurry is realized through dredging pipelines. At present, the longest conveying distance of the operating pump unit is 80km, and a total of 20 large slurry pumps are operating at the same time.
