Coupling alignment
The alignment method of the coupling is to ensure that the axes of the two ends of the coupling are on the same straight line, and the angle between the axes is within the specified range. The following is the general correction method:
Make sure the axes of the sand pump and drive equipment are installed and aligned correctly.

Install the sleeves at both ends of the coupling on the shafts of the sand pump and the driving equipment respectively.
Use special tools or manually rotate the sleeves to align and connect the sleeves at both ends of the coupling.
Use a level or other measuring tool to check that the axes are aligned and adjust the bushing position until the axes are aligned.
