Sand Pump Dry Friction is a common problems sometimes you will meet. In fact, The single-ended series machine doesn’t allow dry friction, but double-sided does, it depends on the rinse program.

1. General pumping pump mechanical seal does not allow dry friction.Because the heat can not be carried away when dry friction, it will create damage the frictional pairs. It will create damage to the friction.

2. In seal form, mechanical form seal is not allowed to dry friction, if the sand pump speed is lower than twenty turns per minutes, it should not be damaged.

3. The so-called dry friction refers to the sealing surface without liquid film. Double end structure has sealed liquid, it is not dry friction. Sand pump is not allowed dry friction, when it happened, there is no liquid film, Friction will produce high heat, and then the water pump suck water up, high temperature friction suddenly encounter water, hot and cold. Easy to brittle!

4. If there is oil in the oil chamber, the sand pump can be run with little dry friction, the running time should be shorter.
